All of our products begin with the highest quality ingredients and are prepared with the unyielding care and love of our team which safeguards our traditional family recipes.

OUR STORY & MISSION

Our story is based on strong family bonds and the personal experiences of our team.

My personal journey stems from the birth of my son and the impact this had in my life. Motherhood has given me the strength to pursue the dream of doing what I love and the confidence to share that passion with others.

With the creation of DUSHI, I have come to realize that one can foster strong relationships and bonds within one’s craft, bonds similar to those one has with a child, based on love.

Now, these relationships and the dedication of our team are bringing the gift of healthy nourishment and delicious flavors to the tables of our customers.

DUSHI’s goal is to also enable the dreams of our team which strives to be better every day in all aspects of our lives.

OUR INGREDIENTS

Quinoa flour:

  • High quality protein, high percentage of omega 3, high protein content

    • Carob flour:

  • Rich in calcium, potassium and magnesium. Rich in fiber, vitamin E.
  • Analgesic, antiallergic, antibacterial, antiseptic, antiviral and antioxidant properties.
  • Also is known as French cocoa, it is a natural sugar.

    • Teff flour:

  • Easy to digest and improves intestinal movement.
  • Suitable for those with celiac disease or other gluten sensitivities.
  • Helps control blood sugar levels.
  • High satiety levels, which make it an ideal complement in weight loss regimens.
  • Great source of vegetable protein.

    • WHAT IS KOSHER CERTIFICATION?

    The word KOSHER has a Hebrew origin which means apt or adequate.

    It is used to refer to food products that follow Jewish dietary standards thus meeting the requirements of the Hebrew bible’s diet.
